Agreement to terms

By accessing the Souverain Labs website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you may not use the website. Separate terms apply to any future research participation, provided at enrolment.

Not medical advice: Souverain Labs is a research organization, not a medical provider. Nothing published on this website constitutes medical diagnosis, treatment, or prescription. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical decisions.
Nature

What we are

We are a research organization studying the biology of aging with the long-term goal of preventing disease before it starts and reversing biological decline — through non-invasive methods and evidence-first science.

We do not sell products, supplements, or treatments. We do not offer "anti-aging" programs or personalised health guarantees. Content on this website describes research intentions and progress, not available services.

Waitlist

Waitlist & communications

Joining the waitlist registers your interest in research updates and future study participation. You may unsubscribe at any time. We never sell or share your contact data. See our Privacy Policy.

Being on the waitlist confers no rights to participate in studies. Study enrolment is always subject to eligibility criteria, capacity, and independent ethics review.

Participation

Research participation

When studies open, participation is always voluntary, consent-first, and reversible. We do not conduct invasive research. Human involvement is limited to non-invasive measurement and observational protocols, reviewed independently before enrolment begins.

Participants may withdraw at any time without consequence, and their data is handled per the consent form and Privacy Policy.

Acceptable Use

  • Attempt to access or interfere with our internal research infrastructure
  • Upload or transmit malicious code, or attempt to disrupt the website
  • Scrape or systematically extract content beyond reasonable personal use
  • Use our content to make misleading health claims to third parties

Violations may result in blocking of access.

Intellectual property

The content, design, and branding of this website are the intellectual property of Souverain Research Labs. Research findings we publish are intended for public benefit; our methods and underlying models remain our intellectual property unless and until we choose to open them.

You may quote or share our content for non-commercial, educational purposes with attribution. Commercial use requires our written permission.

THE WEBSITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Research content reflects our current understanding and progress, which may change as evidence evolves. We do not guarantee that any described research will succeed, reach human studies, or produce commercial outcomes. Statements about the future of longevity science are hypotheses, not promises.

Liability

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Souverain Research Labs's total liability arising from your use of this website shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Termination

Termination

Your access to the website may be terminated at any time. Waitlist membership may be ended by you at any time, or by us in the event of misuse. Data held about you is handled per the Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved after 30 days, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration under LCIA rules, seated in London.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
